We have an excellent family in Brentwood are looking for a English / Spanish Speaking Housekeeper for their 5,500 square foot property.
The responsibilities would be full-charge housekeeping including laundry, upkeep of clothing, rotating out of seasonal items, understanding how to care for certain household items, fine item experience, packing and unpacking of trips, bringing in additional cleaners on an ‘as-needed’ basis, liaising with other staff in the house, nannies, groundsman, assistants etc. Must also be comfortable with formal settings

Ideally, this housekeeper must be a real team player, with a pitch in attitude. They have children so someone who has experience as a nanny is a definite, you will need to act as driver and nanny when needed. Must have great communication skills and have plenty of experience in high profile homes; being tech savvy is also highly important.
Must be legal to work in America, speak fluent English, be proactive, team player, positive, energetic and happy. High energy is key because there is a lot of space to cover, and slow and steady will not work.

The schedule would most likely be Monday-Friday 11am-7pm, with flexibility required and plenty of room for overtime if desired.

They are looking to pay $25-$30 per hour for the right person, with paid vacation, sick etc

Housekeeper must have experience in large homes
Housekeeper must be aged 21+
Housekeeper must be Fluent in English and Spanish
Housekeeper must be able to make at least a 1-year commitment to the family
Housekeeper must be able to drive and have a car with clean license.
Housekeeper must be a US Citizen or Legal Resident
Housekeeper must have outstanding references
Housekeeper must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
