First, we’ll have a detailed conversation to understand everything that will help us find the perfect manny for your family. This includes discussing the caregiver’s education level, experience, expected salary, and any additional perks or benefits you plan to offer your future employee. We are here to guide and advise you throughout this process.

Additionally, we want to learn about you and your children—your values, your approach to child-rearing, and your children’s interests. With this information, we will tailor our recruitment efforts to find candidates who are the best match for your family.

2. TRIAL PERIOD

We introduce you to mannies who we feel are a great match for your family’s needs and preferences. Our matching process goes beyond aligning experience, availability, and desires—it also includes personality matching to ensure a great fit!

After you have conducted interviews and identified your ideal caregiver, we highly recommend arranging a paid trial period. This trial, typically lasting 2-5 days, allows you to familiarize yourself with the caregiver’s style and provides an opportunity for training. This ensures a smooth transition and helps confirm that you’ve found the perfect match for your family.

3. FINALIZING PLACEMENT

If you decide to hire a caregiver after the trial period, we will handle the final steps to secure your placement. This includes conducting any additional background checks you request, assisting with the creation of a work agreement, and setting a start date. Once these details are finalized, we will issue the final invoice. After this, the position is officially ready to begin!

Our digital contract outlines our fees, background checks, payment methods, candidate trials, and placement terms without committing you to hire, ensuring complete transparency from the start.

Hiring Process

We streamline the path to finding your ideal caregiver with an initial search fee, applied to the final invoice if you choose to hire through us. This covers consultations, the search itself, and all communications prior to your official hiring decision, guaranteeing swift and efficient candidate presentations.

Employment & Trial

Quality care starts with fair employment terms. We require a competitive offer from clients, including paid time off and a reliable wage structure. We also advocate for a paid trial, typically 2-5 days, to assess the caregiver's fit with your family's lifestyle and to provide them with the necessary orientation and training.

Candidate Selection

Avoid the 'Early-Bird Syndrome' where speed can compromise quality. Even if you're impressed with your first interviewees, we recommend reviewing additional candidates to ensure the best match. We facilitate this delicate balance, avoiding hasty decisions while respecting swift timelines.

Communication & Feedback

Constant dialogue is key. Share your thoughts on candidates—successes or misses—and voice any concerns. Your feedback refines our search, ensuring a responsive and tailored recruitment experience.
