An amazing family in Los Feliz is looking for a full time, long term nanny/mother’s helper to tag team with them and their little ones. This is a full time job, working 12 hour days.
Good vibes and calm energy are very important to the parents. They would prefer someone bilingual in Spanish and English, although this isn’t a dealbreaker. Somebody that would be able to travel (passport ready) would be ideal.
They are looking for someone that can follow the parent’s lead and be an excellent passenger, offering guidance and support when asked, but simultaneously allowing the parents to be parents. They are looking for someone that can accommodate changing schedules, doesn’t get easily frazzled, has a calm, relaxed demeanor, is even-tempered and stable, absolutely loves what they do, has a passion for children, and has experience in the developmental stages of young children (the family has one baby and one toddler). Reggio or Montessori experience or knowledge would be absolutely amazing, but by no means required.
One parent works from home so you must be ok with tag teaming where needed (this is not a sole charge position).
Caregiver must be aged 21+
Caregiver must be Fluent in English and Spanish
Caregiver must be able to drive and have own vehicle
Caregiver must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Caregiver must have outstanding references
Caregiver must hold TrustLine Registration*
Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate*
Caregiver must have professional child care experience, either private or in a camp / coaching role.
