A busy family is in need of somebody who can hit the ground running and be fantastic of thinking 3 moves ahead.
The right nanny will feel comfortable doing household chores when both parents and children are out of town. Furthermore, they will feel comfortable working independently without having to be spoon-fed instructions all of the time. Complacency is not an option and laziness will not be tolerated!
Beyond that, organizational skills are essential. The right nanny must feel comfortable juggling multiple schedules and will be responsible for all scheduling and maintaining of calendars pertaining to the children. Further responsibilities and requirements below:
- Detailed & Organized
- Takes Direction very well is not scared of constructive criticism!
- Can handle pre-teen boys (fun but firm teacher mentality)
- Knows when family needs space and when the person needs to step in
- Professional, Dependable, Discrete, Team Player
- Creative (when needing to keep boys entertained)
- Will take full charge of calendars, sports, and anything that pertains to the children.
- Not stuck to their phone
- Eager to learn mindset
Offering a guarantee of $1,100 a week. Typical hours will be 12:30-8:30pm M-F, yet flexibility is a must! The max you will work a week is 60 hours. Must be willing to travel with the family.
Benefits offered include a health stipend and sick / vacation.

Caregiver must be aged 21+
Caregiver must be Fluent in English
Caregiver must be able to drive
Caregiver must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Caregiver must have outstanding references
Caregiver must hold TrustLine Registration*
Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate*
Caregiver MUST have professional child care experience in a role similar to this.
