Down to Earth Power Family Seeking Weekday Full Time Family Assistant

An awesome family in Beverly Hills are looking for a rock star nanny to care for their 2 children, ages 8 and 10. The ideal candidate is a youthful, active, multi-tasking nanny with previous experience in a high profile, fast paced household. You must be prepared to ensure children get to bed on time, complete their homework, and communicate any schedule changes or anything pertaining to the children with either the parents or the family’s assistants. Some travel may be required, (please be passport ready!) in which case the responsibilities remain the same.

When not traveling, the typical day to day is school pick up around 2:30pm (nanny car is provided) shuttle to activities around Los Angeles, bring the children home and prepare dinner, ensure homework is complete, supervise bath and bed routine. Frequent grocery shopping and checking house is adequately stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries is also required.

The ideal Family Assistant would be able to think on their feet, act autonomously but keep in close contact with parents and assistants. A fun-loving, easy-going, flexible team player that is able to keep the kids in check will thrive in this position. Late nights are not frequent, but will be expected on some weekdays depending on parent’s schedule – mom and dad are great communicators and try to provide ample notice on these occasions.

High profile experience is essential to this position. Understanding the level of discretion and professionalism needed is a strict and non-negotiable requisite. Cooking skills and flexibility are prime skills too!

Pay is roughly $55-60K Gross DOE with Benefits (health, vacation, sick). Car and phone provided.

This is a stellar opportunity for a down to earth family that treats their staff like family. The position will not be open long!

Caregiver must be Fluent in English
Caregiver must be able to drive
Caregiver must be Legally authorized to work in the USA
Caregiver must have outstanding references
Caregiver must be willing to complete TrustLine Registration upon hire
Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate (or complete upon hire)
Caregiver must have professional child care experience, either private or in a camp / coaching role.
