Multi Tasking Family Assistant needed for Brentwood Family.

We are currently searching for a true Family Assistant for a multi faceted and fast paced, fully staffed Brentwood home! The parents are seeking care for their children ranging in age from 6-16. You must be a self starter, energetic, polished, intelligent, graduate, creative, and motivated individual with the ability to meld seamlessly into the family unit, and keep up with (and drive forward, in some cases) their pace.
The ideal candidate is flexible, polite, confident (think eye contact and a firm hand shake), assertive, and has experienced working in a fully staffed home or assisiting. Since the children are mostly older, much of this role will be coordinating schedules, liaising with the mom and family assistants, handling travel, doctor’s appointments, play dates, gift shopping, and much more. Needless to say, applicants MUST be HYPER organized and on top of it.
Though each day varies, the structure of a day may include early morning school drop offs, afternoon pickups with transport to extra-curricular, coordinating the evening routine and finishing at about 7PM. Throughout it all, you will be liaising with the mom with seamless communication. The previous holders of this position were considered family, and this household is looking for someone as special to bring into their dynamic.

Caregiver must be aged 21+
Caregiver must be Fluent in English
Caregiver must be able to drive
Caregiver must be Legally authorized to work in the USA
Caregiver must have outstanding references
Caregiver must be willing to complete TrustLine Registration upon hire (incurred fee paid by us)
Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate (or complete upon hire)
Caregiver must have professional child care experience, either private or in a camp / coaching role.
