We are pleased to be searching for an organized and communicative House Manager for this LA based family (Brentwood). This is a full time position in LA, (locals only!), though the family has multiple residences from coast to coast. If you’re prepared to juggle multiple projects such as home renovations, coordinate transportation, calendar management, grocery runs, overseeing house staff, coordinating small and large events, maintaining vendor relationships and  more – you will thrive in this role. If you feel like becoming the chef too (NOT a deal breaker) – even better and that can be discussed down the line. You will switch between working out of the Brentwood home or the West La office.

Here’s the run down – this is a down to earth and easy going family that appreciates concise communication. If you’re able to cut to the chase and deliver the important details, (and cut out the unnecessary fluff), we want to hear from you. The right personality fit is key here as well, so if you’re a natural at balancing your solid work ethic and genuinely enjoying coming into work, all while remaining cognizant of everyones time and schedule, this could be an excellent match.

Their ideal house manager would work weekdays from 8:00AM – 6PM (but be flex for evenings as weekends for special events) and have tabs on all things family, (sometimes business) related. A generous salary will be offered for the right person, along with full benefits.

Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of related work experience as a House Manager
• Ability to create a professional rapport with guests, vendors, and staff.

• Ability to work independently and be able to make sound decisions.

• Results-driven and professional attitude.
