Did all those exclamation points get you excited? Good, because this family is amazing and they’re looking for a kind and caring nanny to join them as soon as possible!
They need someone to be with them Monday-Friday with typical hours from around 11/12pm – 6/7pm, with some flex to start early / stay later. Duties would include heading to the house, prepping some snacks, making sure the house is not in disarray and heading to pick up the children from school, preparing dinner for the kids and maybe the parents.
They are look for a real Jack/Jill of all trades. They have a housekeeper that comes Monday and Friday but they really need someone that can keep the house in one piece between that time. It is by no means a housekeeper position, but additional duties would involve light cleaning of the house, grocery shopping for the household, kids’ laundry if the pile gets too high. The house is not large so the light cleaning would not be excessive. The children are aged 5 (boy) & 3 (girl) and are starting to have more and more energy, requiring someone who can be active and fun and know what age-appropriate activities would best suit them along with an understanding and ability of preparing healthy meals, getting creative in the kitchen is of the utmost importance!
This is a position for a nanny who will be well looked after and treated with respect, you will come into close contact with celebrities so the professionalism and discretion has to be there or it will not work out. Also somebody who is able and willing to fully engage with the children, and can manage their time perfectly. Someone that, before school pick-up, you’ve answered emails, prepped some dinner ready for the oven and when children are present, they have the majority of your time and attention.
Pay is DOE, the more skills and energy and experience you bring to the table, the more they’ll pay but it will be capped at around $25 per hour. Sicks days, paid vacation and paid holidays are offered, no health / dental. Your own car is needed and mileage is reimbursed. Position may involve some light travel so a passport is a plus.
Kind-hearted, can-do attitudes with a few years’ experience (preferably in this age range) is what we’re looking for here. Youthful, energetic, fresh, mild-mannered individuals are encouraged to apply
