Busy Family needs a reliable, flexible and proactive West Hollywood Family Assistant to ensure the smooth running of homes and lives! Must have a positive, solution-oriented attitude, self initiating and be very communicative.
FA Duties can include
Scheduling doctors appointments Post office runs and organizing shipping returns Keeping cars washed and fueled Grocery shopping Coordinating / collate paperwork for tax accountants Gift shopping and wrapping when requested Coordinate and book family travel Open bills and prep for payment Organize household maintenance appointments and oversee Creating a maintenance schedule for window cleaning, HVAC maintenance, etc. Ensure all schedules are conveyed and vendors cancelled when family is traveling
Nanny Duties can include Pick up of kids from school / take to after school activities Babysitting, when required. Homework help Basic meal prep
Organization, seeing a project through from start to finish and keep in close contact with the principals is highly important, as is the ability to interact closely with high profile families, and compose yourself professionally with multiple offices. This is a very busy family that requires someone that can work independently and as a cog in a machine.
