Full Time Nanny Sought for Seal Beach Little Ones!
We are currently excited to be tasked with searching for this family’s next dream nanny! If you have experience caring for newborns and infants, have a hands on philosophy, and will not shy away from activities outside the home, this could be a great fit for this family in Seal Beach. This position is full time, caring for their infant (with potential for another within the year!). A guarantee of 40 hours Monday – Friday is offered, roughly 8am – 5pm, with the understanding that the role will naturally require flexibility with occasional travel, extra hours, and weekends as needed.
The parents are seeking a warm and demonstrative nanny who can take the their child to Gymboree, the library – any creative activities that are conducive to socializing are great! If you are the type who prefers caring for kids in the safety of their own home, or are fearful and apprehensive to take the kids on outings, this will not be a good fit. The ideal nanny is one who can take initiative, including during downtime when sleeping. Light errands and tidying, grocery runs, organizing, and the occasional dog walk (they have two dogs sweet as pie) may be requested at times, so a team player attitude is essential.
This is a phenomenal role for an organized, experienced, and mature nanny who wants to make an impact with a family they can grow with. Pay starts at $20 / hour with benefits including sick pay, 6-7 holidays per year, vacation pay (wow!), and a credit card to use for work related purchases.
