We aim to put as much care and attention into the manny screening process as we do our clients,
and expect the same commitment from you.
We set the highest bar for our mannies and ultimately end up weeding out the majority of applicants.
Below are our requirements to find a family with us.

At least 3 years paid experience working with children (domestic experience a huge plus)

Los Angeles Resident (or due to move here within 30 days)

Hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate (or complete upon hire)

Legally Authorized to work in the USA

Aged 21 years +

Fluent in English (Read, Write & Speak)

Educated to college level

Valid California Driver’s License, reliable and insured vehicle

Have a sound knowledge of childcare

Have a complete work history, accounting for all gaps in employment

Excellent references that can be verified

Able to make at least a 1-year commitment to a family
