A caring, sporty, positive, educated manny is needed to work with busy mom and her 8 year old son in Hollywood.

The position is spread over 6 days, so you’ll always have 1 day off a week, (typically either a Saturday or a Sunday). The mom needs someone who is extremely flexible, a real team player, as she is in and out of shooting so needs someone that can go with the flow.

The mom is offering at least 50 hours of work ($1,200) a week, the schedule will be approximately 12-8 Monday – Friday and maybe some hours on Saturday.

The mom would really like someone that has elementary teaching experience to keep her son current with his studies. A passport is a must, a traveling happens often and the manny would need to accompany them. There are other times when mom would need to take a quick trip and would prefer you stay at the house with him; so comfort in doing this is necessary.

Her son is very adventurous, social, loves to be kept busy, being outdoors, creating, building, and is learning a number of instruments; he has a ‘very gentle spirit’. The pay is on the books, mom is also offering benefits, which will be discussed with the perfect person.

You must also be comfortable with pets as they have 2 dogs and a cat.

In a nutshell, a responsible, fantastic, educated, long-term manny is what they’re looking for here, someone that can teach her son to be a young man, take responsibility for himself and his possessions. Be a fantastic communicator and be extremely tech savyy.

• Caregiver must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Caregiver must have a clean criminal record and motor vehicle record
• Caregiver must hold a current CPR, First Aid/AED Certificate*
• Caregiver MUST have professional child care experience in a role similar to this.
