A loving and dynamic family of four, based in Santa Barbara CA, are looking for a positive and authentic role model to car for their their 5 year old boy and 7 month old girl.
While engaging both children, the nanny would be expected to facilitate morning and evening routines, food preparation, children’s laundry, tidying up play areas, organization of intellectually stimulating activities, and to transport the children to and from school or other extracurricular activities. Other responsibilities may include assisting with general errands, light cooking and housekeeping as required.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a nanny ranging from toddlers to school aged. Holding formal qualifications in childcare or education is a huge plus. Must own a car, be a confident driver, and have a clean driving record.
This family is seeking a trustworthy, emotionally intelligent nanny who can work independently and also mesh well with the family. A rewarding, permanent role, for the right candidate!
Accommodation: Provided, when required to stay over night.

Qualifications / Requirements
3 year’s childcare experience Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education Bright, caring and confident demeanor Demonstrates excellent judgement and ownership in their role Is legal to work for any employer in the US Paediatric/First Aid Certificate (one child with peanut allergy) Holds a clean background check Has a minimum of two outstanding contactable references Holds a valid US driver’s license
