Non-Stop Palisades Family Seeking Family Assistant – Can you Keep up?
This high speed family seeks a flexible and relaxed assistant to join, and support them and their fast paced lifestyle! If you are you able to travel at a moments notice, enjoy private islands and elite getaways, and keep the drama at home, we are looking for you!
We have an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English-Spanish) 4-day-on 3-day-off position (4 days live in, 3 days live out) in the Palisades. You would start Monday afternoon and stay until the two kids leave for school on Friday morning. Be ready to go non-stop from the jump! During the summer months and school holidays, the family schedule changes and this family assistant / nanny hybrid will be needed more, with extensive traveling. The structure is typically week on / week off with the other nanny, with full and private accommodations provided of course.
The children are older and require less of a nanny and more of an assistant / driver / nanny hybrid with impeccable organizational skills! The typical responsibilities of the position would be keeping the kids areas clean and tidy (and encouraging them to do the same). Scheduling every aspect of of the children’s lives, from play dates, doctors appointments, school schedules, extra curricular activities, birthdays, gift purchasing, and everything in-between – never a dull moment.
The family are looking for someone educated to College Degree level, multi-faceted organizer, with extensive knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding area. The role provides excellent assistant experience as you will be managing multiple calendars and liaising with offices and other staff in LA homes and other properties across the world.
Experience working with High-Profile families is a huge plus, along with understanding how to compose yourself in the public eye – discretion and professionalism are absolute key. The house is fully staffed and teamwork is strongly required, so a ‘pitch-in’ attitude is paramount. If you are prepared to have everyone’s back and work together to get the job done, please apply! This is a long term role with 2 weeks paid vacation and sick days, and are willing to hold off to find someone who really melds well and is the perfect fit.
